Altıntepe; Mali İşlere ait operasyonların yönetilmesinden sorumludur.
Mali işlere ilişkin tüm prosedür, talimat, politika ve programların gelişimini planlar, ilgili eğitimleri verir ve uygulamaları denetler. Akdeniz Üniversitesi Meslek Yüksek Okulu-Muhasebe bölümünü ve Anadolu Üniversitesi Turizm Otelcilik ve İşletme Fakültesini tamamlamıştır. Dede, ulusal ve uluslararası zincirlerde edindiği 27 yıllık iş tecrübesi ile çalıştığı işletmelerde; şantiye kurulumu, elektromekanik teknik alt yapı ve teknik sistem kurulumlarını takibi yani tesislerin, şantiyeden işletmeye kadar olan tüm aşamalarında görev yapmıştır. Tesislerin gelişen son teknolojilere uygun olarak dizayn edilmesi, kurulumları ve çalıştırılmaları, tesislerin bakım ve onarımlarından sorumludur. Çalışılan projelerde; iş programlarının yapılması, teknik birimlerin ve cihazların oluşturulup seçilmesi, teknik cihaz satın alımları için donelerin hazırlanması, işletmelerin elektromekanik olarak açılışına kadar projelerinin takibi, gerektiği anlarda da revizyonlarının yapılması, çalışılan ve takip edilen projelerin test edilerek işletmeye alınmaları, işletmelerin teknik müdürlüğü ve teknik kadronun oluşturulup eğitilmesi görev ve sorumluluklarındandır. Özkan; 31 yıllık iş hayatında önce paslanmaz çelik ve inşaat malzemeleri daha sonra da paslanmaz çelik mutfak ekipmanları sektörlerinde, satış ve pazarlama departmanında üst düzey yönetici olarak çalıştı. 20 yıla yakın süre Endüstriyel Mutfak Ekipmanları sektörünün lider markası Öztiryakiler’de bölge müdürlüğü görevini yürütmüş, Akdeniz Üniversitesi ve Boğaziçi Üniversitesi’nde “Endüstriyel Mutfak Tasarımları” ve “Gastronomi” ile ilgili eğitimler almıştır. Özkan, 2010 yılında turizmin merkezi Antalya’da kurduğu PMG Proje Mutfak Gastronomi ile sektör tecrübesini ve bilgi birikimini otel ve restoran işletmeleri ile paylaşmıştır.

Özellikle otel Bilgi İşlem teknolojileri, kurgulama, yapısal kablolama, bilgi işlem data odaları, kablosuz internet ağları, veri güvenliği, yedekleme ve replikasyon, güvenlik kamera sistemleri, turizm sektörü için data mining, otelcilik ve ön büro uygulamalarında 22 yıllık Corinthia otelleri deneyimi ile sektörde ihtiyaç olabilecek tüm yapılanmayı ve planlamayı sıfırdan kurgulayabilecek deneyime sahiptir.

Tesislerin mevcut sistemlerinin analiz edilerek gelişen son teknolojilere uygun olarak tekrar dizayn edilmesi, güvenlik açıklarının tespit edilerek giderilmesi, uygun donanımların ve yazılımların seçilmesi, satın alma şartnamelerinin hazırlanması, kurulum ve çalıştırılma aşamalarının takibi, kalite yönetim sistemine uygun prosedürlerin hazırlanması, işletmelerin bilgi işlem kadrolarının oluşturulması, eğitilmesi ve denetlenmesi görev ve sorumluluklarındandır.

Sağdıç, Atatürk Üniversitesi Gıda Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olmuştur. Meslek hayatına, turizm sektöründe Gıda Mühendisi olarak başlamıştır. Gerekli eğitimlerini tamamladıktan sonra, “Gıda Güvenliği ve Hijyeni” konularında eğitim, denetim ve danışmanlık hizmetleri vermeye başlamıştır. Turizm sektörü başta olmak üzere çalıştığı işletmelerde, işletme şartlarına uygun Gıda Güvenliği Sistemleri’nin oluşturulması ve kontrol edilmesinde görev almıştır. Personel eğitimleri, gıda güvenliği sistemi dokümantasyon yapısının oluşturulması ve oluşturulan sistemin sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanması için çalışmalar yapmaktadır.

Sağdıç, iki dönemdir Antalya Gıda Mühendisleri Odası Başkanlığı görevini de yürütmektedir.

Tüm prosedürlerin, talimatların, politika ve programların gelişimini planlar; ilgili eğitimleri verir ve uygulamaları denetler.  Cansız; Eğitmenlik için Akdeniz Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi ve Akdeniz Üniversitesi Sürekli Eğitim Merkezi'nin sertifika programlarını tamamlamıştır. Şerare FİRUZİ

Iran Branch Representative (Civil Engineer)
Aslen Azeri kökenli olan Firouzi, Tahran doğumludur. 1996 yılında Türkiye'ye gelen Şerare, ertesi yıl İnşaat Mühendisliği eğitimine başlamış, 2003 yılında bu bölümden mezun olmuştur. İş hayatına öğrencilik yıllarında başlamış, mezuniyetinin ardından bir süre daha Türkiye'de yaşamaya devam etmiş ve turizm sektöründe çalışmıştır. Ülkesine dönüşü sonrası 4 yıl süre ile kendi mesleğini icra eden Firouzi; 2008'den sonra turizm, turizm inşaatları yönetimi alanında İran'da danışmanlık hizmetleri vermeye başlamıştır. İngilizce, ileri düzeyde Farsça ve Türkçe bilen Firouzi; aldığı eğitim ve sektörel turizm deneyimi ile İran coğrafyasında yapısal farklılıkları olan birçok inşaat projesinde deneyim edinmiş bir öz geçmişe sahiptir.

Turizm Sektörü ve sektör ile alakalı şirketlere "CRM sistem ve iş akışı planlama" konularında danışmanlık yapmıştır.
